Nice work in getting that glassy water and the reflections.

Nice silky water here.
As for critique - That foreground bush is a distraction for me because it's commanding too much attention tone-wise, it's not blending into the rest of the scene for me.
The reflections of the boats themselves and their mast-poles (have no idea what those poles are called) were enough foreground material imo.
Hope that may help

Thanks Marko. I agree with the bush being a distraction, as well as the tower in the upper right corner. Excited to use my new ND filter, and didn't pay attention to my surroundings. Practice, Practice eh!
Here's another shot. Using the filter again just at sunset.

I'd say you're doing real well. Hard to make'em work when there's foliage involved (or anything else that can be blown around i.e. mast of a sailboat). The winds were in your favor, my friend. Which ND filter did you get?

I quite like this scene as well - it has a moodiness and a feeling that I dig.

Thanks Barefoot. Yeah, lucky there wasn't much wind.
I'm using a HOYA ND-400.
