Evening Glory

D-90 with 18-200. Been trying to improve my sunset shots and I shot this last week, some storm clouds were starting to move in which I liked what they added to the shot.

Interesting image - I like it - Nice dramatic light.
I must say though, your watermark is too bright imo - it's the first thing my eye went to and it competes with the sun.

Marko, I agree. I need to alter that a lot. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

No problem and it's a simple thing to do. Just put it on its own layer and bring the opacity down by a good 40%.

Very dramatic shot, I really like the golden colors. Those are some awesome clouds you captured!

I'm a little torn on how dark the left side of the photo is. On the one hand, it does frame the shot, on the other, there's an awful lot of black over there. The silhouette of the palm tree is great, but I find the blackness of the piece of land it sits on a little distracting.

Very nice shot overall!
