The other day we talking about ND filters over here at this thread. (http://www.photography.ca/Forums/camera-equipment-accessories/18881-nd-filters.html) Two days later my 77mm B+W 3.0 ND filter arrived, but too late in the day to make the trip to Edisto Island. Bright and early the next morning I was on my way. There's gonna be a learning curve, but once I get it down I think I'll have lots of fun with it.

These were all taken in broad daylight.

Gorgeous images, Barefoot. I thought the first was a bit Ansel Adams-y. :)

When you go to the beach here you have to walk about a mile to the shore as the preserve is so well protected that its as close as you can get your vehicle. You'll notice the shells that have been hung in display. That's because theres a hefty fine for removing any of them. As a result, visitors tend to display their best finds on pieces of driftwood of which there is also copious amounts laying on the beach. So much so, in fact, that you are forced to walk around it all in an effort to get where you want to go. I love this place. As soon as I finish here and my battery has charged enough, I'm on my way back for what might be my last trip this year.

I really appreciate everyone's kind words.

Excellent work on all three but that last one is just perfect in so many ways. Love it Barefoot.
