Book on Outdoor Flash Photography

Has anyone come across a great book on outdoor flash photography? I need to have a more formal explanation in the successful use of a flash in regards to fill-flash etc. Thank you.

This is not just about outdoor photography but will give you a good understanding of light as it pertains to photography.

Another good way of learning a little is to search YouTube and if you have a mobile device there are great apps that teach a lot. Some even let you simulate to see the effect. Marko has had some podcast on the subject including his latest installment.
