Rather intricate pattern of ice isn't it.

I think, after a quick inspection, that it appears to me to need whitening. The 'whites' look a tad blue/green. Perhaps some 'curves' treatment is needed? That might also add a touch of contrast it looks to me that could help a little also.

Curious to know what the barely noticiable shadow is almost center of picture is? Is something casting a shadow or is the ice a slightly darker colour there?

Thanks for the comments, I appreciate it ! As for the dark shadow it is
were the water was flowing then froze over.
