Thinking of HDR and thought I'd share my very first (the good old shoe that was handy) to my second attemp (the tree) to the last one I've been able to do.

I love this technique and wish I could get out and take more pics for it!

The HDR cast I heard today was great! Way to get me motivated!!! Only if the temperature could get to under -25 :eek:


Feel free to ad any tips..just noticed I put it in the wrong place...!

Your Pictures made me say "cool" out loud. That's how "cool" they are for a lack of a better word. My Fav is the second one, and thats only if I had to pick a Fav cause I really like all of them. Good Job.

Question: was this your first time doing HDR?

They are very cool! The shoes look like an illustration you would see in an ad. The second one is very dramatic. and the third is almost 3D. Nice job!

The shoes were my first time. Since then I have taken about 20-30 shots. I find them time consumming but fun!

Well - these are *far* better than my first HDR attempts!

I'm actually not really a fan of the surrealistic HDR look, but the second two pics are pretty good examples of these very nicely done. The middle one is my favourite.

The shoes one shows some of the tell-tale HDR halo around the shoes - watch out for that. But cool nonetheless! Well done.
