I thought I would send this along for some viewer input. This is an HDR that was done with three exposures (-2, 0, +2) and processed in Photomatix with final post work in Photoshop. The original image is sharper than what you see here. Let me know what you think?

The HDR work is nicely done. It's clearly an HDR, but isn't so processed that it appears cartoon like. I especially like the reflections on the surface of the pond. I'm not however, terribly fussed with the composition. You've got good leading lines (The road) but have them positioned so far to image right that the eye follows them right out the side of the picture and doesn't really see the rest of the image. I would suggest going back for a reshoot here, and positioning yourself so that the road runs closer to the centre of the image; not necessarily right down the middle, just not the either extreme edge.

I like this a lot, a striking image. Any guidance on the HDR settings you used?

Hi Taffy,
Unfortunately I didn't save my settings and to be honest I find that I have to re-tweak for every shot I bring into Photomatix. Which is the one big downside IMO.
