The Covered Bridge in B&W

I'm trying to get more practice with doing decent B&W conversions and thought this would be a good one to play around with, it's the same image posted in the man made section. Opinions welcome.

Great shot - and good conversion to B & W. When I first saw this I thought - yep this scene is great in B & W. Then I had good look at the colour version and now I cant make up my mind which I prefer.

Pretty much my thoughts exactly. I think I'm leaning to the colour version.

I too like both the color version and the black and white version. But I do love black and white pictures and really enjoy this one.
