Hello from Tasmania! My wife, daughter Laura and I live outside Devonport, in lovely NW Tasmania. Oh man, the photo ops here are just astounding. My wife and I are both photographers- she's a former photojournalist, and I'm an advanced (?????) noob. We have similar tastes but radically different styles. We both love landscapes, seascapes, birds/wildlife, nature shots in general, and macro. Here's one from me from last night, the original is sharper:

Thanks all- it's nice to meet you. Yes, I live about as far from North America as you can get! If you had told me 11 years ago, when I was a young Georgia professional just out of school, that I'd be living in Tasmania one day, I think I would have just laughed at you!
