Faux Polaroid

Well, I got the new Samsung Galaxie X. It has an 8 mp camera -Say what?? :cool: Yeah. Well it's not wonderful but heck. 8mp? Ok so ha! ha! I got apps- one to turn it into a retro phone that takes polaroids. Awesome! And another to connect and upload to Smugmug. Yeah, cool eh? Well there is another app to connect to my home wifi so I don't have to use my phones bandwidth and here you have it. Grunge art.

You know what they say: the best camera is the one you have with you. Now there are no excuses. I do rather like the style, and there's quite a cult of followers of Hipstamatic and others. The addition of the border is quite nifty, but I find there are so many choices and options, I just want to try them all and in the end I can't decide which I like best, because by the time I've gone through them all, I forget what I started with. Your picture here just jumps off the monitor, very dimensional with excellent contrast. Square is in.
