Stopped at the Wendys on Dixon Road for a bite to eat on my way to the photo show in Toronto. Somebody asked me if I was there to get pictures of the Air Emerates A380. It was due in about 5 minutes. Of course I hung around and managed to get a pic of that monster. Wow that thing is big.

Wow ... what a great place to get the shot. We have nowhere around our airport to do this.

Thanks MA. Here is a picture of a different plane taken in the opposite direction from the one of the A380. As you can see on the other side of Dixon Rd and the barrier is one of the airport runways. The planes are pretty low when they fly over you.

Thanks Michael and JAS. I know what you you mean Michael, I have the same thought. However when you are underneath them like that you don't care HOW they stay up as long as they stay up long enough to reach the runway.
