These were shot late in the afternoon on a cloudy day in a large park in Winnipeg. This pool was surrounded by the sculptures of a well known Winnipeg artist, making interesting reflections. There are dragon flies in some of the pictures. I didn't know what to do with the pollen dots in the water.

A very lovely set with beautiful refklections. I believe shot 3 is my fave here even though I feel it slopes to the right .
To me it would not at all be blaspheme to clone out the dots, but to my eye they are not major distractions.
Nice set. I really like the lighting with some sun peaking in in areas. :)

Thanks JAS, HBG, Marko and Kat for the comments. Yes, shot three does indeed seem to slope to the right, so I will try to correct that. Appreciate you pointing that out.

My fav is number two but I think that's my predilection for the colour purple! :) Nice set. Looks like a fun place to shoot.

Cheers, Ig. Haven't noticed anyone on this forum from Winnipeg. It is a lovely, interesting city. This site is a sculpture exhibit and an English flower garden. They seem to breed the dragon flies to eat the mosquitoes, and it's working well.

Great set, very moody and gloomy, yet beautiful at the same time. Love the light on these ....
