Did post this before on the site.

Reposting here as I am interested in any comments.

Taken on Yatton Moor early yesterday morning, about half a mile from our house.

Thanks

taffy:)

it seems soft to me, not sure if there's compression or if it's just the way you took it. I am a fan of your work but not this one, I'm afraid. I find that there's nothing to grab my eye or intrigue me.

I like the softness myself ... and the hint of mist makes it worth looking at. Without that I think it would be a bit drab.

It does seem to have lost something in sharpness as the same photo in my editor is sharp unlike this one but I followed the same routine I normally do when sizing for posting:confused:

Sort of sitting on the fence on this one. I don't mind the softness, I think it works for this one. I like the reflection,it's the composition that is throwing me- not sure of the focal point or interest in this.

I think it's decent, but not memorable. A bit soft, and the sky isn't very attractive. Some foreground interest wouldn't go amiss, perhaps a flower or something on the bank in the bottom right. I do like the stream, tree, and reflection.

All the comments are fair.

Not sure what happened here, I must have lost my sense of objectivity when posting this one, normally more critical of my own stuff before posting!:headslap:

Cheers
