About a month ago the town I work in had a Civil War reenactment of The Battle of Carthage. It was hard to get any good action shots because I'm only 5'9" and was at the back of the crowd. I did manage to get to the top of some steps and get some shots of the reenactors as the battle passed by using my 50-200mm zoom. This is one that I liked.

Thanks all, for taking a look and time to comment. Bambi, I think a sepia tone would be nice enhancement too. But to me black and white is more original looking. Did you know that most all real Civil War era photos you see are still black and white? I did a Google search in IMAGES for 'CIVIL WAR PHOTOGRAPHS' and found that about 90% of them are still black and white. Who would've thought that? Some of the sepia toned ones looked to me to be Photoshopped.
