Nicely captured. A couple of thoughts: It needs to be levelled so that the water doesn't all flow out on my desk, and I think your exposure might have been just a bit short; generally 2-3.5 seconds is a good exposure length for small streams. Nice work on the conversion and composition. The flow of water leads the eye in nicely.
