Ducks - Experimentations with clearity.

Well. I have 4 new additions to my pond, four mallard ducks. Two males and two females. I decided to go with out lens and get some funky clarity shots. Here they are, what do you think ?

I think these shots show good sharpness overall.
Personally i find these crops a bit tight, I'd have liked to see more background in at least some of the shots.
FYI - the best critiques will come when only 1 or 2 photographs are posted per thread in the critiques forum.
