the basic black backdrop really makes their showy, fringy-ness pop. not sure about the highlighted wrinkle in the fabric though.

Thanks, for the comments! Not exactly sure about it now that you mention it Wicked D. My thoughts on leaving it in was so the vase did not have a suspended in air look, I guess. I bought more parrot tulips so will be playing around with those soon as well.

Those flowers almost look like finely painted oils - really very beautiful.
