I am not sure how many here are aware of unprecedented building boom going in Dubai. As wealth and money are shown as the new face of Dubai, those who are doing the work are treated no more than slave labour and actually are slave labour. Here is a photo essay of the workers conditions that live in this parallel world in Dubai.

Wow, so sad. I was very fortunate to visit Dubai about 5 years ago. Very beautiful city, It reminded me of a city built on Gold. Had no idea it was a city built on the blood of the poor.
