Sad

Very nice emotion here. I'm liking the left side more. You can really see the sad in the the eyes in particular and the expression. The left side just seems to make me think/wonder a bit more. The right side just takes me straight to the "oh so sad" mood with the model.

It doesn't do anything for me with both exposures in the one shot. I'm assuming that this is the same woman, not identical twins :)

However, if I remove the 'camera left' image (as the the camera views the 'stage') I just want to hug the woman on the right because she looks like she needs one so badly.

The emotion is absolutely there though for me the one on the right feels a tad bit forced. I've been thinking about this image because something seemed just a little off but couldn't put my finger on it until now. The problem for me is that it seems to be an obvious studio portrait as there is an even colour background close to the subject and the lighting feels studio-ish instead of natural. A studio portrait of someone that sad seems off. For me it feels a little too staged to be real. It kinda reminds me of a TV show interview that's going badly. So, technically a very good image but "realistically" a little off for me.
