The shoes hanging by the wires means that is drug dealer in that area?

Not sure if it's an urban myth or not but I've heard the same thing.

I'm thinking it's just something someone did out of sheer boredom. Remember the movie "Wag the Dog"? It contained a song about an "old shoe" ... and people started to throw their shoes into trees, and over power lines ....

So I also took a closeup of them there shoes ... then did a conversion to monochrome .. not sure which one I like better
