I was going by the Croatian Church in Georgetown, Ontario at dusk tonight and snapped this picture. To the naked eye I thought the sky was quite dark, but it came out much brighter in the picture. I was trying to balance it on a fence post to help reduce movement. With using my 50mm f1.8 I was as able to get a semi-respectible 1/4 sec at 800 iso. It's not tack sharp, but not too bad. Took about 10 pictures and this was the sharpest (I guess least movement)

That's quite a church! Strong lighting on it's steeples.

I like the way you can see light from the church area from under the trees, so there's an implied sense of the whole scene that the viewer has to fill in with our minds. Thanks for sharing. Mike
