sailing around the bay

a co-worker of my husband invited us to go sailing with him and his wife a couple weeks ago. It was a lovely day to be on a 44 foot sailboat. We even had a lobster supper. Exactly what the doctor ordered :thumbup:

Of course I had my camera and took some photos. ;)

Awesome little sailing sloop and riggings! Ok. Who am I kidding? . I would not know a sloop from a John Deere. Very pretty little boat! The seagull is cool too!

no worries MA. I was very careful. But it was such a calm day on the water there was little danger of splahes.

We are hoping to go Whale Watching before the season is over, not sure if we'll be able to afford it but if we do I'm choosing a big boat to battle against motion sickness (I'm no sailor!!) and keeping the salt water off the camera.
