I love the workflow and slickness of picasa. I still use it for quick viewing and if i'm working with jpegs and I use their web ablums. Great program and free. I didn't know they had a new version. Thanks for sharing Joe.

Your welcome. It supports Nikon RAW files and other RAWs as well . just an FYI

Ooh, thanks, didn't know that was out.

I used to use Picasa for all my initial editing before I had Lightroom, I'm not sure that Picasa can compete with Lightroom for editing now though, but I always preferred the way that the library works in Picasa, I still can't get to grips fully with the Lightroom one. Will give that a play with when I get home.

FYI - My Picasa 3 seems to be crashing semi-frequently on auto import when the programs opens... don't know if anyone else is experiencing this problem...
