Took this last weekend at the Canmore Folk Festival. Was lucky to chance upon this couple engaging in a nice dance to the even nicer music. Enjoy!

And it absolutely is! Thanks for not letting it slip past me. With summer in full swing I've been in and out on the board and unfortunately I do miss some from time to time. Don't take that as an insult to a wonderful image!:thumbup:

Well thanks, all of you .... I know once in a while there are just too many images on here, so it is easy to miss the odd one. I do try and have a look at most of them, but when you are away for a while, it is overwhelming ...

I know the feeling Matt. My week has been a wild one ... I've spent no more than a couple of minutes here over the past few days. Not sure how or if I'll catch up myself.

This photo IS indeed great timing. We can see how much they are enjoying themselves.

Definitely one of those "Moments" captured in time. You can truly see they are so in tune with each other, and the music, that all else is oblivious to this wonderful couple.
Amazing capture, and as was said, I hope you at least showed them this pic. and offered a copy.

Ummm, sorry, but I did not ask their names (or permission, for that matter). Just kinda hid behind another person with my 70-200 and shot on full zoom. I wished I had asked them, so I could send them images. I wonder if one would be well advised to maybe carry some business cards along, and hand them out to the 'models' after the shoot, telling them that if the shot worked out, it would be posted on .... and they could download it there ...
