Hey, all.

Just wondering if anyone has good recs for some photography reading? I'll soak up pretty much everything (history of, how-tos, techniques, tales about, theory, etc). I've just started Take Your Photography to the Next Level: From Inspiration to Image. Also got Understanding Exposure on hold - heard it's a fairly good read.

If anyone knows of anything, I'd appreciate a comment :)

seriously. the podcasts are great and the members here will answer any question you ask. I've read some books but they don't seem to work as well for me.

I just bought the book "Photography and the Art of Seeing" by Freeman Patterson and I have to say I just know it will be a keeper and valuable and constant resource for me....especially when I get a block.
I highly recommend it for people that have problems with visualizing shots, or conceptualizing what it is they want to capture and how to capture it. It book that shows you how to see an image and make a photograph that takes the image beyond the ordinary.
Just Awesome........

So, what you are saying is that I should totally pay the $75 to spend a day at a Freeman Patterson workshop in October?
