Nice collection, indeed .... so when are we going downtown to capture some of these in CAlgary? Maybe invite Lisa and Greg to come along? I bet we could do this unnoticed, four lenses pointing at the same person :headslap:

Thanks, but I'll pass. I am going to the Canmore one for three days. There will be ample opportunity there, in a much nicer setting. The Calgary one is just too frigging big for me

Lol, you just need a plan. I love food from the Nomad's tent but is very popular so you eat at 4:30 or 5:00 instead of 6:00. Bring a cooler with lot's of snacks and beverages. That sort of thing.
Michael Franti was friggin' awesome last night. I missed him last year when he could not attend due to a ruptured appendix. You really get the feeling he loves doing these shows. When I came in yesterday afternoon he was jammin' in the Field Law tent unscheduled. It's a beautiful venue, and I think some of the performers who have never been here are surprised by that. The "Swell Season" was berating it's audience a bit for being too laid back last night which surprised since their music overall is quite laid back. But Michael Franti knows how to work the crowd. The Avett Brothers know how to get the crowds going too! Awesome, awesome set from them on Thursday night. Anyway I ramble and must be off to set my tarp!

The photo titled "Russel" (the third photo on the index) looks very good, I like it especially because the author seems to have crazy (don't misunderstand me, by crazy I mean very interesting) point of view and it is able to create piece of art.
I enjoyed every single photo so thanks for sharing. :)
