often visitors from 'away' want to know why so many of the villages have brightly coloured houses. When you go there on a foggy day you can see why:

What fog? I can still see the shacks .... :evil2: great image, though, love the little boats and the lobstertraps(?). Nicely done!

Really!? Is that why? I thought it had more to do with access to cheap paint.

now why would red paint be cheaper then gray? :p I might be wrong (it happens now and then ;)) but I prefer my explanation of having cheery colours no matter the weather.

Excellent photo. I love the way the top part blends into the page because of the gradient of white, making the bottom part all the more three dimensional. Very nicely done. Mike

I like the comp on this one Bambi. I wonder if people live there though? Looks like little fishy warehouses?
