Well ... this is 3 shots I combined together so obviously shot with tripod.
The lighting was an LED light I have for riding at night in the bush, it's very bright. I forget exactly but it's around 500 lumen I think?
I used this to create the lighting I wanted on each section of brushes and took the shots before layering them in PS and masking through the bits I wanted.
