Did I fix it? is it better?? My eyes are too crossed to tell! :shrug:

Make a duplicate layer ... desaturate the bottom layer to remove all colour ... then add layer mask to the top layer (the coloured one) and paint black on the mask which will allow the desaturated pink cloud through ... except it will be grey and not pink.
