A midnight urge

The sky was a giant softbox last night... so late at night, honey and i loaded up and headed down to the mighty Mississippi River. The river photo was taken in Illinois of the Iowa river front... the other 2 are taken on the Iowa side - the blue band of color - is actually what is known around here as the bridge to nowhere.

lovely photos TT. I love the top one the golden light is fantastic.
But why is it called the Bridge to No Where?

Some interesting shots there TT. The first on is my favourite too. I like the muted tones of the image.
