Well we have all seen the Stanley Cup but how many have seen the ceiling of the Hockey Hall of Fame?

It is partially located in an old bank dating back to 1885 and is an example of rococo architecture.

Thanks for sharing these. I found the whole thread very interesting.
Can they fit any more names on the cup. They don't want to leave anyone out do they?
superfun shoot Jas! I was SO hoping to see hockey players in the stained glass in shot 1 -
My fave is the closeup of the names on the cup -
Runmonty, that is not the first Stanley cup. The first is actually in a vault, with the names peeled off. I think there are actually three cups. The original bowl in the vault, the presentation cup and the replica cup which is in the Hockey Hall of Fame. There is a camera setup and a photographer on hand, so you can have your photo taken with the cup at any time during your visit. Right now there is space for a few more wins but when that runs out they will just add another layer to the bottom similar to building a wedding cake. :)
A very interesting, nicely done series.thank you for sharing.
Thanks for showing us what it is like inside the HHOF. I been by many times but have never gone in. Must do it some day.
