Mike says they never did get enough of a breeze across the prop ;) Actually, you aren't wrong, asnow. You can't push start these. The show people had JC park when he arrived that morning, and it turned out it was close to the crowd line. Well, it came time to fly and he didn't want to sandblast the audience when he started it up. There wasn't a tug available to move the plane, so he recruited a bunch of the civil air patrol people who were working the show and my husband to push him into position. I got a bunch of shots, some with JC on the ground helping and hanging on for dear life as he shoved the tail to turn it. It was funny once it was done.
