The Bow Coming Out Of The Ground

This is the famous Bow building under construction for well over a year now in Calgary Alberta. It will house the Oil and Gas Company Encana when it is completed.

Is it illegal to mow the grass in Calgary?

I used to live about 3 blocks from this corner just north and east. The ex never mowed his lawn either....and I use the term "lawn" loosely as it was all weeds. :rolleyes:
Used to wait at that stop to get to work or downtown.

I imagine it grows pretty quick over there with all the rain.
