Magpie feather

I saw this in the snow today on my walk...didn't think much of it until I pp'd a little.

Are your Magpie's black and white like ours?

If so ... that Magpie has been playing in the paint shed again ;)

Brown? I've never seen that on a Magpie, only the blue-ish green, white and black colours. Was that done in PP? Nonetheless, it's a very pretty feather!
