Was out at the marsh in the blind when I heard some noise behind me. Turned and saw this. she was only 50 ft. away, but straight into the sun, so luckily had the flash on camera. Not the best, but was nice to see up close.

Best part was seeing her twin calves with her, even though the underbrush was so tall this was all I saw.

Yes Kev, about time eh? Waaaay too much bush up here to hide in. Can just imagine how many we have passed by, and yes, out at Hilliardton at the big wooden blind in centre. Was watching the Black Terns feeding the young. Must be at least two dozen of them.
