Time for a new outfit...

This is my buddy's African Fat Tail Gecko, Simon. He's been at my place for several weeks now to breed with my females, Peaches and Creme. :) Today was the day he decided to change his outfit. ;)

Geckos like many lizards eat their skin after they're finished shedding. Their shed skin provides the lizard with valuable calcium.
