I swear, she was just rolling around in the pollen! It was like watching a cat around catnip.

Probably she finally got to her favourite flower.
The one in my picture has her mouth full too, but looks less hungry...

Wow, QuietOne. I don't think I've ever seen a bee draggin' that much pollen with them.

I have, a handful of times, Iguanasan. I've always wondered how they can fly level with that much weight in the rear!

It is amazing enough that a bee can fly at al,l the way they are built, then add all that ballast, and just don't know how they physically do it.

bees are mysterious creatures and it's fun to watch them get lost in their work. that second one looks like a fly to me though.
